Basic Salad Dressing 基本沙拉酱

Ingredient:                                                                       材料:

30ml          Olive oil                                                         30毫升    橄榄油

30ml         Mulberry Vinegar                                        30毫升    桑梅醋

Salt and pepper, to taste, optional                           盐和胡椒,调味,如有需要

 

Method 做法:

  • In a bowl, pour in olive oil and Mulberry Vinegar, roughly stir. ( 把橄榄油和桑梅醋倒进一个碗,稍微搅拌.)
  • Season with salt and pepper. ( 如有需要,用盐和胡椒调味。)

*The amount and type of vinegar can be adjusted up to personal preference. (*醋的分量和种类可依个人的喜好而调整。)

Asian Style Salad Dressing 亚洲式沙拉酱

Ingredient:                                                                        材料:

60ml              Olive oil                                                      60毫升    橄榄油

45ml              Mulberry Vinegar                                     45毫升    桑梅醋

45ml              Pineapple Vinegar                                    45毫升    凤梨醋

8 cloves        Garlic, minced                                            8瓣          蒜

½ pcs             Red chili, minced                                      ½ 条       红辣椒

2 pinch          White sesame seeds                                  2大撮      白芝麻

2 pinch          Black sesame seeds                                   2大撮      黑芝麻

Salt and pepper, to taste                                                  盐和胡椒,调味

 

Method 做法:

  • Put all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a bowl, stir until garlic, red chili, white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds are evenly distributed. (把所有的材料(除了盐和胡椒)放进一个碗里,搅拌至蒜,红辣椒,白芝麻和黑芝麻均匀的分布在酱里。)
  • Season with salt and pepper. (用盐和胡椒调味。)

*The amount and type of vinegar can be adjusted up to personal preference. (*醋的分量和种类可依个人的喜好而调整。)

Rice with Vinegar 饭和醋

Ingredient:                                                                         材料:

3tbsp             Steamed rice                                             3汤匙      饭

10ml              Cranberry Vinegar                                   10毫升    蔓越梅醋

2 pinch          Japanese seasoning                                2大撮      日式调味料

1 pick             Seaweed stripes                                      1大撮      紫菜(条状)

1 pinch          Black sesame seeds                                1撮           黑芝麻

Pepper, to taste                                                               胡椒,调味

 

Method 做法:

  • Put the steamed rice on a plate or in a bowl. (把饭放在盘或碗里。)
  • Drizzle Cranberry Vinegar on the steamed rice. (把蔓越梅醋撒在饭上。)
  • Drizzle the Japanese seasoning. (把日式调味料撒在饭上。)
  • Put the seaweed stripes on top.(把紫菜放在饭上。)
  • Drizzle black sesame seeds on top. (把黑芝麻撒在上面。)
  • Season with pepper. (用胡椒调味。)

Steamed Chicken Breast with Passion Fruit Vinegar

蒸鸡胸肉配百香果醋

Ingredient:                                                                         材料:

300g           Chicken breast                                              300克       鸡胸

30ml         Soy sauce                                                        30毫升    酱油

40ml          Sesame oil                                                      40毫升    芝麻油

60ml          Passion Fruit Vinegar                                  60毫升    百香果醋

 

Method 做法:

  • Marinade the chicken breast with soy sauce and sesame oil for 20 to 30 minutes. (把鸡胸肉腌制于酱油和芝麻油里,大约20至30分钟。)
  • Steam the chicken breast until cooked, it takes ±25 minutes.(把鸡胸肉蒸熟,大约25分钟。)
  • Drizzle the Passion Fruit Vinegar on top or serve the Passion fruit Vinegar as dipping sauce. (把百香果醋倒在鸡肉上,或者当成粘酱。)
